Bennie Equipment as an award winning and leading MHE provider in the UK continues a strategy of rapid growth through acquisitions, maintaining momentum following the recent three acquisition of 4k Systems Ltd and South West Forklifts Ltd in 2024, and Len Griffiths Forklift Services in February 2025.
Ian Collins, MD at Milton Keynes Forklifts was looking for a partner to be his succession plan and take the business to the next level. As a 4th generation family business with a track record in M&A activity in the MHE space, BENNIE is a well placed and natural fit.
BENNIE is on a mission to grow its MHE presence across the UK and the acquisition of Milton Keynes Forklifts is the latest and marks our fourth milestone in this journey.
